1. CSU Ruxton Cathodic Protection Project Presentation
Purpose, from the staff memo: Provide a high level description of the project, anticipated work efforts and daily progress, pre-project and current-project communication plans and plans for traffic flow and parking. CSU Public Information Officers will be joining and will be prepared to address these areas, and introduce the community meeting on September 10th.

2. Land Use Development Code Updates
Purpose, from the staff memo: The purpose of this work session is to reconvene the discussion regarding the City Planning Commission's (CPC) recommended revisions to the Land Use and Development Code (LUDC) regarding height and density limitations in the Commercial (C) and Mixed Use Commercial (MUC) zoning districts, and regarding the process and criteria for granting variances. Staff will provide a presentation on the current status of these recommended code revisions and discuss next steps.
